The short version. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site trackers. If you fill in the contact form, that information is emailed to the owner so he can reply — nothing more. We have never sold data and will not. Our cleaning documentation app stores its records on the cleaner's device only and makes no network requests at all.
1. Who we are
Monocacy Facility Services, LLC ("MFS", "we") is a commercial cleaning company based in Frederick County, Maryland. Questions about this policy, or a request to see or delete what we hold about you, go to office@monocacyfacilityservices.com or (240) 984-2440.
2. What this website collects
Only what you type into the contact form, plus two anti-spam signals:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, phone number | So we can reply to you. Email is required because a walkthrough request with no reply path is unusable. |
| Facility type, square footage, cleaning frequency | To prepare a realistic quote before we visit. |
| Your message | To answer the question you actually asked. |
| A hidden field and a page-load timestamp | Anti-spam only. Automated bots fill the hidden field; humans never see it. Neither is used to profile you. |
We do not use cookies for tracking, and this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, and no behavioural profiling.
3. Third parties this site relies on
Being specific matters more than being reassuring, so here is every outside service involved in loading this page or handling your message:
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile spam check) | Your IP address and standard request data; a spam-check token when you submit the form | Serves the site and blocks automated form spam. Turnstile is used specifically because it does not track people across websites the way older CAPTCHAs do. |
| Google Fonts | Your IP address when the page loads the typeface files | Typography. This is the one request on the page that reaches a large advertising company, and you should know it happens. |
| Resend (email delivery) | The contents of your form submission | Delivers your message to the owner's inbox. |
Each of these processes data under its own terms. We do not send them anything beyond what is described above.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: kept as email while we're in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If a temporary copy is retained by our host to guard against email delivery failures, it expires automatically within 90 days.
- Client records (once you're a client): kept for the life of the contract and afterwards as our insurer, accountant, and Maryland law require.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
5. Cleaning documentation and your patients
This is the part a medical or dental practice should read closely.
- Our cleaning log app stores every record in the browser on the cleaner's own device. It makes no network requests — the records are not uploaded to us, to a cloud service, or to anyone else. They reach the owner only when a cleaner deliberately exports and sends them.
- Cleaners are trained and instructed never to photograph patients, visitors, charts, files, screens, sign-in sheets, or anything bearing a name. If a photo is taken by accident it is destroyed, and the log records that a redaction happened, when, and why — the original record is amended, never silently rewritten.
- We do not access, read, move, or copy your records, and we do not need to in order to clean.
- Where your practice requires one, we will sign a Business Associate Agreement.
6. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. There is no circumstance in which we would.
- We do not send marketing email to people who merely asked for a quote.
- We do not share client names or facility details with other prospects without written permission — including in reviews, case studies, and photographs.
7. Security, honestly stated
We use reputable providers, limit who can see submissions to the owner, and keep cleaning records off the open internet by design. We can't promise that any transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and you should be sceptical of any company that does. Please don't send patient information, account numbers, or passwords through this form — it isn't the right channel, and we don't need any of it to quote you.
8. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email office@monocacyfacilityservices.com and we'll respond within a few business days. Maryland does not currently grant the same statutory rights as some other states, but we handle these requests the same way regardless of where you live.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Terms of Use
The website
This site is provided for information. We keep it accurate and update it when things change, but nothing here is a binding offer, and prices shown are starting ranges, not quotes. Every quote depends on a walkthrough — floor types, restroom count, occupancy, and detail level move a price by 20–40%.
Services are governed by the signed agreement, not this page
If you become a client, the written service agreement you and MFS sign controls the relationship — scope, pricing, guarantees, notice periods, insurance, and liability. Where this website and that agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
Guarantees
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the 24-hour re-clean, and the documentation commitments described on this site are real, and they are written into the service agreement. They apply to contracted clients under the terms of that agreement.
Content
The text, photographs, logo, and documentation formats on this site belong to MFS. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is always fine.
Governing law
Maryland law governs this site and any dispute arising from it, with venue in Frederick County, Maryland.
Something here unclear, or want a copy of the service agreement before you talk to us? Ask — office@monocacyfacilityservices.com / (240) 984-2440. We'd rather answer it up front than have it be a surprise later.
